She was very professional and made sure everything was clean and prepared. She pierced my ear so quickly I couldn’t believe she had done it and there was no pain due to the numbing spray she uses. My young cat wasn't eating much, as it was her first time in a cattery and she was pining, so the owner tried her on different foods attempting to get her to eat. Not sure many would go to that trouble! I will definitely board my cat here again.”

“We have been having our King Charles Spaniels groomed by Louise for a good while now and are so pleased every time. She is always immensely helpful, flexible and does such a great job. I have one very nervous dog in particular who Louise is simply excellent with. I've used dog groomers in the past and found that my nervous dog has cowered as we've come up to the door - with Louise, however, he is wagging his tail and literally pulling me up her drive. He's happy, I'm happy!”
