    They Ruined my shirt!!! Gave them my white shirt I had newly bought, and wanted it dry cleaned before using for my event on Wednesday! Sent my girlfriend to pick up the clothes as I was busy. I got the clothes and low and behold they returned my newly bought white shirt with stain. I could not belief it was the same new shirt I had given them three days earlier to wash for 29£. I would never recommend that unless you have a spare shirt!

    Firstly they offer 15% discount for nhs, and defence discount more like 2%. When I questioned it all I got was the computer does the discount!! Just picked my dress up the straps are uneven that I paid to be fixed and my dress has not been cleaned as it still has strains on the bottom of it. I asked the lady about this to be told that sometimes happens. If you want your garments dry cleaned or fixed AVOID this place.

    We gave them our wedding suit and dress for dry cleaning and they had them for months with excuse after excuse. We eventually said we'd physically come to the shop to get the wedding clothes and only then did they suddenly return the items. We then used them to wash two coats and the invoice contained the amount for our wedding clothes which had been paid for about 8 months prior (and of which we had proof), so it seems they either don't pay attention to their own books or don't communicate with their financial/book keeper side. Poor/nonexistent communication and customer service. Unsurprisingly there was also further delays in getting the coats back We will not use them again

    Poor customer service and disappointing experience. Dropped off a dress and a jacket and paid for an express service to ensure items were ready in advance of travelling for a wedding. Checked when items would be ready for collection and was told anytime on the specified day. Arrived late morning and only 1 item was ready due to an issue with the boiler. Mobile number taken down wrong so they were unable to update me of this and I have some sympathy that neither the boiler nor this are directly their fault. However, after being told the jacket would be ready within an hour, I called back 2 hrs later to check and was told it would be another hour. I then phoned again to be told it would not arrive that day. Needless waste of a day and would have preferred certainty over lazy updates. Collected the jacket today and asked for a refund due to the delay and premium paid for a fast service. Told to return on Monday as only manager could arrange for this. We won’t be back.

    My military jacket was returned to me with a missing pin, a minor effort was made to look for it before they said there was nothing to be done about it. I was offered no refund. I then had to rush about my colleagues to find a spare pin as I needed the jacket for the following day. Customers should be able to trust this company to take care of their belongings and to have them returned in perfect condition, however I was not given this service. Wouldn't recommend under any circumstances

    Asking how they could improve? They could start by not lying to their clients. I took my wedding dress to their shop and I wish I never had. When I turned up to pick up the dress (after 4 months as they kept delaying it!) they said the wine stain that they had warned me about has been removed and said the dress is nicely packed between paper wraps in a box. When they asked me if I wanted to check, I said no as I had no reason to believe they were lying to me. I wish I had checked it! Long story short, after a year and a half someone wanted to buy my dress, as I took it out of the box I realised all the crystal buttons were damaged, they were chipped, all the mud stains were still on my dress and there were yellow marks all over my dress which originally were not there and it seemed like water that had travelled up my dress when they had tried to wash the train. This probably explains why they kept my dress for 4 months before saying that it was ready for collection! I contacted them and after several emails and weeks of chasing them for an answer they said they take no responsibility. My dress second hand is worth £800 and they are not willing to compensate. I will be taking this further to small claims court in Wales but I wanted to make sure you get a true feedback about their business before you decide to ruin your clothes and to be called a liar at the end. I'll keep you posted about the results.

    By far the best around! I've used 6 dry cleaners around Cardiff and Barry and finally found these guys! Express same day service is amazing for a small charge and my suits always come out crisp and fresh! Also had some tailoring work done and ink stain removed. Excellent service all round.
