Booked in with Cleany Queeny to get some help with decluttering my room. It was a very daunting task that I simply knew I couldn't do myself and had been putting it off for months. In came Cerys, who ended up being my saviour. Unfazed by anything she arrived right on the scheduled time and got straight to work. She knew what she was doing and that was clear to see. She was so easy to talk to, completely understanding and patient She didn't judge and simply made things feel possible again. I naturally got to work too. I didn't expect someone do just do all the work for me. I simply needed some help doing it. So between Cerys and myself we worked and the clutter just seemed to disappear. I had a booking for 4 hours but at the 3 hour mark we both came to the conclusion that we were done. I couldn't not have been any happier with the server that was provided. We had so many bags ready to go to the skip and I flew like my bedroom was a safe and comfortable place again. I literally cannot thank Cerys, and Cleany Queeny for everything enough. I highly recommend them to anyone for any cleaning needs. A great company that cares about its customers and really wants to help those who need it!

I used cleany queeny for my end of tenancy clean after I had moved out. The clean left the property emaculate, they worked so hard for a great price. I could not recommend them more. 10 out of 10
We moved into our new home but, despite the previous owner stating she would have it deep cleaned before we moved in, she didn't. The only way I can describe the condition of the house is putrid. We were unable to move in. Cleany Queeny responded quickly. The team were friendly and didn't stop until they made our house habitable. We are now finally settling in and unpacking boxes.
