“We used We Love Pets Newport for the first time this weekend and are really pleased we did. We have two adopted kittens born in lockdown so they are quite nervous being left alone and are pretty timid with new people. Nikki was great with them. She came and met them beforehand and was obviously very knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel really comfortable leaving them at home for the first time. Nikki visited exactly when she said she would, did what we asked, and sent us photos of them after the visit so we knew they were OK. It was also clear from the photos that the kitties responded well to her and allowed her close enough to pet which is great for them. We will definitely use the service next time we need to go away and would recommend!”

Really helpful, knowledgeable and did his absolute best to find me the right windscreen wiper at the best price for my car. “We've been using missy moo's for 4 years and the service has always been excellent. Chelsea is friendly and so good with our dog, who can be a nightmare with people touching his face. He always comes away looking so handsome and we frequently get compliments on the cut when we're out walking. Highly recommend Chelsea and Missymoo's to anyone looking for a groomer.”

“My hair is very curly and a nightmare to maintain and do a haircut on. This has caused some weird looks of "how are we supposed to cut this dude's hair" every time I walked into a barber shop. This has made having a haircut a bit of an odd experience for me. Tracey has been the most professional barber I've visited to date, and I've visited tons. Not once was she intimidated by my impossible-to-maintain hair. For once, I don't feel weird going for a haircut. Can't recommend Klip Joint enough. Thank you Tracey!”

“I came in here needing a haircut at very short notice. Unfortunately, they were fully booked at that time, but Sonny, a trainee, said he could cut my hair there and then. I agreed, and he proceeded to do an awesome cut. At every stage he asked me what I wanted, how short I wanted to go etc., and he was very careful and thorough. Right at the end, Sonny said he’d call in Paul, the boss, to check what he’d done, and Paul made a few little refinements, but I have to say I’m delighted with my haircut, and everyone there was very friendly as well. It’s a great place.”
