   We couldn’t be happier with the experience our 15-week-old Lagotto Romagnolo, Otto, had at The Mud Room! Ramona and the entire grooming team were absolutely wonderful with him. We chose the Puppy Package, which includes four gradual visits designed to gently introduce puppies to grooming and it was the perfect approach for Otto. Each time I dropped him off, I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such caring and capable hands. It’s clear that everyone there genuinely loves what they do and truly wants the best for your dog. Highly recommend The Mud Room to any pet parent, especially if you’re starting your pup’s grooming journey!

   From the first time that I walked in and was greeted by Ramona and the other dog groomers, I could tell straight away that this is such a safe and friendly environment to leave your dog to be perfectly groomed and taken care of without having to worry! I have found many dog groomers to be quite quick to just take your dog and money to get it done and over with. However, with Ramona she always has a smile on her face and cares for the dogs so so well, ensuring they are as stress free as possible and comfortable. Her number 1 priority is the dogs' welfare. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the groom. 100% recommend for anyone who requires a patient and kind dog groomer! :)

   We got the puppy package for our Cavapoo Phoebe, I cannot praise the mud room enough for the way they have eased Phoebe into the grooming world Especially Ramona, Phoebe absolutely LOVES going to see her and doesn’t even look back when I leave her to get her groom. She was a little anxious at first because she was so young so just goes to show how great the mud room is now she’s super confident and actually enjoys the groomers,which you don’t hear a lot :) She always comes out super happy and smells/ looks amazing! Honestly cannot recommend them enough- thanks for everything !! Can’t wait to see you again next time !

   I am leaving a review only based on my short experience with the owner and how amazing she was advising me on many areas that I was not too sure about. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also whilst I was there, I noticed the level of care and attention the whole team devoted to the dogs being groomed there. They were super attentive, and sweet to the dogs, making them feel comfortable and safe. I love it in there and cannot wait for the new space to open. Will definitely be visiting again and will be promoting their brand to any dog pawrents I know. I have a short hair dachshund so cannot really comment on their grooming skills as my dog has no fur to be honest. But looking forward to try the dental care offering in the near future.

   I had my 7 month old chorkie called milo in today for his first groom I explained he was very scared as he has never been left the lady said she will look after him and take breaks when need .when I came to get him he look and smelled lovely cuddle up in with the lady at front desk I would like to say thank you i am sorry I didn't get your name I will coming again

   Super friendly staff! The dog absolutely LOVES going here - when we are approaching the mud room she runs excitedly to get in. I love going there too. You can feel the owners are both very nice people who are in this business because they genuinely love dogs. I am so happy that a very busy groomer (The Handsome Hound) highly recommended the mud room! You guys are amazing! Thank you so much!
