   Excellent service. I highly recommend this place. The staff are so patient and caring to my fur baby. I took her in today to have her nails cut she was in a right state and was so scared. I literally thought we was going to have to leave. BUT the staff were amazing!!! They calmed her down and reassured not just her but me too so the atmosphere calmed down meaning my lovely frenchie now has a beautiful pedicure and can no longer hurt herself when scratching. In the world we live in now it’s hard to find kind genuine people who want to go above and beyond in their job but honestly the girls here are just that. I am so so grateful to them for helping my frenchie means so much to us.

   Went on line on Wednesday and opened an account (possibly the slowest website ever) then booked an appointment. Got a phone call today, 2days later, saying there had been a glitch and cancelled the appointment. No attempt made to offset their mistake, offered an appointment a week later. Obviously no-one has any idea of Customer service. The mark of a good company is what they do to put things right. Boospad very very poor

   After many glowing recommendations, I visited Boo's Pad today. I was a bit anxious about bringing in our rescue dog, Bella, for grooming, as she can be quite nervous, but Francesca immediately put both of us at ease. Just an hour later, Bella looked absolutely beautiful, exactly how I'd hoped and she was calm and happy. Fran even showed me some videos of Bella enjoying her groom! I'm delighted with the experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Boo's Pad. Thank you, Fran!

   Very happy indeed Francesca and assistant took great care of Bella and she looked so gorgeous and happy after her groom. She knew exactly how to groom miniature dachshund and how to handle her. Highly recommend.

   Extremely disappointed. Website states in the full groom package that they will give a full body cut to your requirement and shave paws and sanitary areas amongst other things. My only specifications were for them to thin out the hair on the back of his neck as he is long haired and it grows very thick and long there. As a long haired dog he mainly requires trimming on his chest, back of the neck, sanitary areas and shaving of the paws. My dog came away with a very wonky and uneven hair cut on his chest and bottom aswell as his paws were not shaved. My main concern is how the owner of the shop responded to my complaint. Very rude and unwilling to accept an opinion that differs from her own. She claims that they do not offer thinning hair out on the neck even though the website very clearly states they offer a full body cut to your requirements. I was offered a full refund for the groom when I spoke to her on the phone however she later emailed to say she will only return 50% of the money. The staff don’t seem very experienced in dog grooming or customer service and I would recommend avoiding them. Please see before and after photos
