   our dog just had her first haircut at HH and... drum roll... it is the BEST haircut she has ever gotten (and she is a five-year-old labradoodle, so she has had many haircuts). we are all in with HH. and, the shop is adorable, so clean and pretty, and it smells NICE, not that more typical (and not so lovely) pet store smell. we have to walk a little further to use HH, but it is entirely worth it! thank you, HH, for being awesome. i just keep looking at our sweet dog and falling further in love w her and her darling haircut. she looks SO cute.

   Heath Hounds is the only place I will be taking my dog to for a groom. They are so knowledgable, helpful and patient with my rescue pup and I trust them fully. The space is beautiful, clean and bright. Can’t recommend highly enough.

   Absolutely amazing! Can't believe the wonders they've done with our dog Loki. He's a very nervous dog and takes him a while to get used to new people but by the time we had to pick him up you could tell he loved them! Would 100% recommend to anyone.

   Elly and Jess did such a wonderful job on our lovely rescue dog Bonnie. She was frightened of water spray from the Romanian kill centre but Elly was so gentle and took the time needed to reassure her. Bonnie's coat was so soft and glossy afterwards and it got rid of the kennel smell and all the dead hair. She loves Elly which shows she trusts her after the grooming experience. Can't recommend highly enough #heath.hounds

   Our dog is a 'rescue' so we were unsure how she would respond to grooming, but Elly and Jess did a wonderful job of making her feel safe and looking after her. A much needed groom, shampoo and nail clip. She went in a tramp and came out a princess! Thanks both!
