   I can’t recommend Scruffy Locks enough! From the moment we walked in, the team made my dog feel completely at ease. They clearly love what they do and treat every pup like their own. The grooming was perfect—my dog came out looking (and smelling!) amazing, with the softest coat I’ve ever felt. The attention to detail was outstanding, and they even managed to keep her calm during the nail trim, which is usually a challenge. Friendly service, fair prices, and a genuine passion for animals—Scruffy Locks is the only place I’ll be bringing my dog from now on.

   Do NOT bring your pet here unless you want a traumatized dog and a ruined coat. I’m honestly heartbroken. It could take months or even a year for his fur to recover — if it ever does.

   I recently took my dog to Scruffy Locks Ltd for a grooming session, and I am absolutely appalled at the result. As you can see from the photo, the cut is extremely uneven, patchy, and looks like it was done with zero care or attention to detail. My poor dog looks like someone just hacked away at their fur with no skill or experience. What’s worse is that I was charged full price for this! I expected a professional job, but instead, it looks like a rushed, amateur attempt. No blending, no shape — just a choppy mess. This is not just unattractive; it’s unfair to the dog who deserves comfort and care during grooming. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend Scruffy Locks to anyone who actually cares about their pet’s wellbeing and appearance. Very disappointed.

   I took my dog for a haircut and I’m really disappointed. They did a terrible job – the fur was cut in patches and looks all spotty and uneven. It doesn’t even look like a proper grooming, more like they just randomly shaved parts off. I won’t be going back there again.

   ABSOLUTE DISASTER!!!!! I just came to pick up my dog and not only did she not do what I said, she cut the hair everywhere UNEVEN. She was extremely RUDE and the job was SCANDALOUS . I payed for an absolute rubbish job, you can tell she has no experience on the job, even I could’ve cut it better at home.

   Whilst staying with friends, I took my dog Winnie to this wonderful lady. She came highly recommended and they were right, she did an amazing job and put my dog at ease, which isn't always an easy task! She had real patience and attention to detail I am thrilled with the service - Winnie hasn't ever looked so good! Excellent job - would highly recommend!

   We took our cocker spaniel Bertey here, he had a bath and a groom and came out shinning and smelling adorable, he really enjoyed every minute of it. The girls are just great and so dedicated to their job, from the time you go in, to the time you leave - you know your dog is in good hands. We will certainly be returning. Thank you x

   Sonia has been grooming our previous dog for over four years. He loved seeing her and she always did a great job. I would highly recommend her, really lovely lady, who obviously loves pooches. We now have a new puppy and she had her first grooming session at the weekend. Millie is looking absolutely gorgeous, fantastic job once again. Can't thank you enough.
