Contacted their Cardiff/Bristol branch a couple of weeks ago regarding drying my wet walls following a leak and they didn’t even bother to respond! If you can’t be bothered to quote for a job, why not just send a message instead of ignoring customers!
Had a job completed by these guys recently when a toilet back filled and spilled into a kitchen of a office. Called and spoke to Racheal on the phone who was ever so help full, polite and professional. She arranged for someone to out on site within a few hours and the job was completed to the office's standards. I would definetly use Rainbow and essecially Racheal's services again.
We have used Rainbow for many jobs - usually really unpleasant issues! - and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable and they are quick to react to problems and very professional when they turn up on site.
Had my carpets cleaned, they came up much better than I thought. Gavin is a true assett to the company. Everyone i dealt with at Rainbow was friendly and helpful.
