Short haired lady was very rude and unfriendly, Staff seemed to be putting items in their own vehicles round the back of the shop.
Unfortunately the blonde lady (manager) who works there is extremely rude and condescending. She made us feel unwelcome there and was rude to the point where it felt racially motivated.
People were so sweet! My daughter fell over and bumped her head on the floor and wouldn’t stop crying , a lady in the shop gifted her a teddy to cheer her up ❤️ very kind
Not friendly staff
I walked half an hour to go there arrived and was greeted by a rude member of staff who told it was closed even though it was 45 minutes till closed would not recommend there are many other nicer charity shops with nice staff!
