I was very disappointed with my Dogs cut. His fur was cut way too short than what I requested. It looked like a rushed job and it is unacceptable. He had a few tangles on his legs but there is no excuse for the fur to be cut so short all over. Wouldn't recommend.

my boyfriend took our dog to get her claws clipped. in and out fast however her paw hasn't stopped bleeding since. i am no dog groomer but a dog owner. my car and boyfriend were smothered in blood took her back for some powder to be put on and the most dismal false apology from the staff who then claimed her back claws were 'too short' this being your reasoning surely as professional should you not tell the owner that you won't cut claws it you deem them as already 'too short' in your own words. followed advice of placing corn flour on the bleeding. now my carpets and bed linen are covered in blood too. won't be returning and won't recommend.

It's difficult to build any type of professional relationship with someone who is so negative. I've stopped taking my dog here because the reception you receive is abysmal to say the least. Yes she's one of the cheaper options but I'd rather pay a little more and get a decent service than pay to take my dog to Karina.

Price is decent relative to London general. She knows her dogs and knows how to groom them. She has a tendency to speak in a negative or resigned way but if you can manage to just show her positivity then it will stay a great experience. I have a Samoyed who needed two rounds of grooming in 3 weeks. I was 30mins late to the first appointment which she made clear would affect the drying process but still the coat was excellent after both visits. However, she didn't do anything else (clean ears, brush teeth, trim nails, etc). The second visit I asked if she could complete these regular grooming items first and mentioned his nails really should be cut. She didn't give me a clear response and ended up only trimming his nails and skipping the rest. I feel that the best service would be to ensure the basics are being done without asking, not matter their coat, at least by the second visit. Nevertheless, I can't find any other groomer in the area that accepts Samoyeds (or even know what a Samoyed is smh) Update: I found out that she does trim nails, but only the bare minimum for safety reasons

I came from Leigh on sea to have my boy trimmed and pampered. It's a very basic shop, not what his used too. ( looks and smells like an old butchers shop) The place could do with an update, the price is a little high for her service. However I was happy with his cut.
