Took both my dogs to Michelle‘s today for the first time I have a very feisty French bulldog who she handled well and even managed to cut all his claws which is unheard of and a 14-year-old Puggle who had so much hair and had a clip cut for the first time today She looks absolutely amazing
Michelle is absolutely fantastic with our Bichon, Bella! She always comes back looking and smelling amazing, and you can tell she’s been really well cared for. Michelle is kind, professional, and clearly loves what she does. Highly recommended!
Our 2 cockapoo's have been going to Michelle's for about 8 months now and absolutely love her! They always get the best care and their haircuts are amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting their doggies groomed.
Really rude lady. I called to ask if she had any availability to trim my fluffy Shar Pei as she’s too hot with this weather. She replied that Shar peis are horrible snappy dogs that she won’t entertain. I explained that she doesn’t know my dog and shouldn’t judge dogs because of their breed as mine is very calm and relaxed. Her reply was that she doesn’t care and won’t be booking her in. There was absolutely no need for her rudeness and being so judgmental of a dog she’s never met. This is NOT someone I would ever trust with my dog and should probably find a different job.
Does a brilliant job on our dog, and she loves going. Staff friendly approachable and accomdating, can't fault them.

We brought our cockapoo on the Wednesday, he hadn't been groomed in a long time . On the Thursday Michelle done her magic on Bentley our new dog. Definitely will be going back again.
