Gemma was fantastic to deal with; she replied to my messages super quickly and managed to get Blu booked in within less than 24 hours. Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish.    Gemma turned my frog into a princess! She asks questions regarding allergies/health etc. Discusses your grooming preferences and really listens and absorbs your answers. One word really sums up Gemma's grooming skills - Fabulous! I'll never take Bonnie to another groomer now I have found Gemma. I've already booked ahead for Bonnie's next two grooms.
