   The driest most over cooked chicken ever. Rotisserie chicken is supposed to be juicy and full of flavour, this fell short in every way. Two whole chickens purchased for a family meal and not eaten, so dry you could not swallow it. Chips tasted like the oil needs changing. The pickles and salad were the best item. Had to pay by bank transfer. Avoid this place. Should have listened to the tik tok review that said it was dry chicken.

   I recently ordered a whole chicken from Alibaba for takeaway, and I have to say, it was quite the treat. The chicken was incredibly flavorful, boasting a rich taste that really stood out. The seasoning was perfectly balanced, making each bite a delight. However, I did notice that some parts of the chicken, particularly the breast, were a bit on the dry side. Thankfully, Alibaba supplies a generous amount of sauces, including mayonnaise and a spicy chili sauce, which helped add moisture and flavor to those drier pieces. The combination of the sauces with the chicken really enhanced the overall experience. On the downside, I was not impressed with the naan bread included in the order. It tasted somewhat stale, suggesting it was store-bought and simply reheated. This was a letdown, as a fresh naan would have paired perfectly with the chicken. Instead, it felt more like an afterthought. The rice that came with the chicken was a highlight fluffy and well cooked, it complemented the rich flavors of the chicken beautifully. Overall, Alibaba's whole chicken is definitely worth trying, especially for its delicious skin and rich flavor. With a few tweaks like a fresher naan or perhaps an additional side the meal would be even better. I’ll certainly be ordering that fantastic chicken again!

   This afternoon I went to have my lunch I stopped at Ali Baba to have my meal. First I ordered and they it got wrong then. I requested the right order my food was then handle by 2 members of staff not wearing gloves pass my food like confetti. The other member of staff had come out from the back, as far I could seen he never washed his hands, he could on the toilet or been smoking a cigarette. I don’t know then he handling my food should be wearing gloves. I challenged the owner saying why is my food being handle is this way. The manager then got aggressive with me and stated arguing with me, and speaking of in his own language to another customer which I am sure he was insulting me. he admitted handling my food then passing it to his other colleagues then retracted it saying he only held the tongs which was a lie. I said would report to the environmental agency and Bristol City Council as food standards are not being meet.

   Never had any food from this place so the stars are not based on the food but based on the service. On 4 different days we tried to order some food from here as my partner really wanted to try it out. Every 4 times we ordered on Uber Eats app and everytime they cancelled our order without any reason. If you are not delivering in Bristol anymore please go off Uber Eats. It's really annoying.

   I had such a painful experience, and would like to warn everyone about how serious this is. I took a chicken to eat with two of my family members, The three of us got food poisoned, we spent the whole night in pain, probably because of the garlic sauce was made ages ago and stored which is so dangerous, because eggs are involved in making this sauce and they get bad if it’s stored for more than two days Generally I noticed the poor hygiene we I was picking up my food, the whole place was dirty which indicates no cleaning is being done at all.

   Quick service and polite manners. The guy who served was nice and friendly. Location is in good place too. Parking lot in front and around the streets. Luckily its open for long hours and customers can eat who wish to fulfill their hunger late night.
