Took my tow dogs for grooming. My elderly Yorkie came out with a huge cut on her armpit that we just found out a day later. The groomer did not even had the decency of telling us and if we haven't noticed it could have gotten infected. Extremely angry and upset with this. I'm not going back
I took my Siberian Forest cat to Freya for the first time, for his annual dematt which he normally gets at the vets under a general anaesthetic. Freya is both openly warm and friendly, and very experienced and competent. Freya worked quickly and diligently, and I left with a happy, comfortable cat. I wish I had found Freya years ago!
Freya is amazing. Our dog is so excited every time we pull up which says a lot because she HATES having a bath or a brush!
In all they years that my Lucky the Poodle had been to any groomers no one apart from Freya managed to do as an amazing job each time. Great service and great value. Would highly recommend!

Great service, and extremely friendly. She is really good with dogs, I dropped my puppy off and she seemed fine and happy with being left for a bit. Great prices as well I will be visiting again
Freya is the only groomer I trust with our 2 Shetland Sheepdogs. I have heard so many horror stories about other places. She does a fantastic job. They are not keen on being groomed but they love Freya. She always does a thorough job, which is quite a long job with their double coats! They always look amazing when they come out. Would definitely recommend her.
Freya is a very experienced and and amenable dog groomer, she understands the look required of all the different breeds, mine being a mini Schnauzer. She takes her time and has absolute pride in her work whilst being caring and kind to the dogs. I would thoroughly recommend Freya to any dog owner who has experienced the groomer who does a 'one size fits all' kind of look which many people have experienced.
