I came into the shop today with my daughter to buy some Ugg style slippers the lady was absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough to help will deffo come back.
Lovely place and amazing customer service felt sorry for the woman receiving abuse from a customer when she did nothing wrong will hopefully buy from again when I’m in town

This place should have a zero rating. OAP mother returned a faulty top today...bought yesterday. Extremely obnoxious assistant refused a refund even though it was faulty. Avoid this place at all costs!
