   Can you update your opening hours on Google at least Jheeze! What’s going on? It’s not the 80s. I’ve spoken with few customers, they are specially coming here only to go back home just like myself! Been here for ten minutes and already seen 15/20 people being turned back around and it’s only 7:30 right now on Google it states it’s open till 9! That’s 180 customers on avg!

   The store itself is fine, but there are never enough checkouts open, which leads to long queues and frustration. It’s disappointing to see other staff standing around while customers wait, and managers don’t seem bothered about improving the service. Some staff members also speak to customers quite rudely, which really affects the shopping experience. I always come out of this store feeling annoyed. Overall, the customer service needs significant improvement.

   Overwhelming experience, I didn’t stay in here too long. I suppose it’s my own fault for popping in on a Saturday late afternoon! So busy, people thinking they can park their prams in the middle of the busiest aisles. People just standing still and blocking everyone. The queue was rather hefty, we just gave up and left in the end. I will say, it seems extremely understaffed! My review is no reflection on the staff, just the entitled customers and clearly management for not supporting their colleagues. A real shame cos I usually love an HB!

   We like this store for its non food items but they’re really bad with selling items past use by and way past best before *photo taken 1:30pm on 26/07*, right at the front of the fridge section yet nobody has noticed. I have reported this issue numerous times in the past when I had yoghurts 2 days past Use By, a sandwich a day over and also had jelly pots OVER A YEAR past best before. Check your dates thoroughly if buying food from here.

   Some good bargains but you have to look carefully at things you are buying as they may be damaged, I spotted a few damaged plastic storage boxes but still managed to put a broken box in my trolley, I didn't notice and neither did the lady on the till but luckily for me I noticed it as I was putting it in the car, I took it straight back into the store and was told I could just grab another and show the lady on the till that I was swapping, it was made so simple no messing about which was great customer service. I will be back for more storage boxes as the 1 I bought is brilliant and under £5

   We requested for an manager and Stefan said she is the manager. Stefan has been disrespectful and discriminative against my father. She thrown the heater outside & chucked the receipt outside and forced my father out because she said there is no refund. he want a refund as this product has been sold unknowingly that it is a damaged product and we realised it was damaged after we open the box and the box had black tape on it. This incident occurred on Tuesday 10th January 2023 @ around 0900 They sold us an damaged heater and broken leg, a Daewoo Convector with timer for £25.99 which was sold to us kowingly. We purchased this product Monday 9th of January 2023 @ 09:14 by Frank S.

   If I could I would give this place a higher rating than five stars. I am absolutely astonished from the quality of the food especially the strawberries in the picture I have added. I'm truly speechless from the freshness of the foods. 10/10 Would reccomend.
