   I experienced a regrettable interaction with a cashier at the CO-OP Store on Windsor Road, Penarth. While drinking an XL can of Redbull, the female cashier behind the till displayed an arrogant and dismissive attitude when I inquired about a specific product in their shop. This level of customer service was highly unsatisfactory, and I will not be returning to this location in the near future. Digusting behaviour.

   So I paid online £10 for a DPD next Day delivery and was Guided to this shop from DPD’s web site. My Daughter printed the label and walked 2 miles to the shop as this was an urgent parcel . She went to the counter and handed the parcel to be told sorry im far to busy to do that come back another day !!! My Daughters 16 so she left and walked home . This was Wednesday 8th October 2025 7.30 ish.

   Don’t order from here with just eat, delivery time just goes up and up and up and app says courier is there, I won’t order from them again! Shop doesn’t answer phone either, rang 19 times now will be going in to see manager to see what is actually happening at this store!

   We popped in to pick up a bottle of wine and meal deal for the morning. The member of staff that served us was just wonderful. My receipt says his name is Neil. He was so so friendly and helpful, above and beyond. It really made the difference. Thank you Neil.
