Went in to collect an order didn’t receive a text message like I normally do to let me know the order has arrived the lady I was served by was rude and clearly didn’t want to be at work. Please serve customers how you would want to be served. Thanks

I jus went to asked boots optician today for price for pair of glasses and they told me if you bought glasses from us In the last 3 month, you can get those for half price bot the purchase has to be today Because the 3 month period was already expired. So I said yes, let's go ahead. I ask twice Are you sure we can get the frame for half prices as well as fhe lenses and te answer was yes you get 50% of from total order. it took me almost 3 hours to chose and deside wich i should have. also waitin for staf tu do the measurement and also because my card it didn't work. I have to come back home to get the cash and wen i retern back to the store The manager told me You can have only have £20 off from your previous purchase. I just left te store. really disappointed. They didn't training they staff properly. They don't know what they're doing. The manager didn't even apologise me and they didn't accept They're mistake I will never go back again.

Rubbish store, I’ve been shopping at boots for ages and I think it’s the first time I’ve entered this store. Shocking to seee the service is so bad. “What the hell” uttered at customers as their kids were making some noise. Service for queuing is awful. Asking if they’ve got the free mascara at 11:30 - or so and got the reply of “no we ain’t got any”. Honestly you expect to believe that? .. and even if it were true, would it hurt to say it nicely???? Just pure rude attitude I got and served by Nina ( as it states on the receipt) Actually shocking, how bad this store is and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Always great with prescriptions. They are always happy to help and get things sorted. I just had to pick up my son’s prescription medicines and I phoned ahead and they had them all ready for when I got down there. If they haven’t got something, they will always get it ordered and let me know when it’s available. Cannot fault them there, thank you!

Shocking customer service, terrible wait times, avoid. Only one pharmacist so during busy periods you could be standing around for 15 minutes.

Maya served me at checkout and she was exceptionally helpful and very thoughtful, I observed her help an elderly lady on a walking frame as she needed a little more time and attention, she did not rush her but was careful to apologise to keep me waiting. Maya noticed that I was at the self checkout and called me over so she could ensure I could benefit from the £10 off voucher I could redeem at her till. I made a great saving! Maya truly is the reason why self checkout experience will never truly feel the same, no matter how efficient it is. Being served by Maya will ensure you leave the store wearing a smile!

Service and help severely lacking. They were only able to 'suddenly find' my meds after I asked for the script to be removed from the spike and copied so that I could source the medication elsewhere. This was not a just 'delivered batch' as stated as I had been waiting either in store or just outside doors for over half an hour whilst I did a telephone search for stockist. Get your act together Boots, I'm changing my pharmacy because of this.

Middle aged asian woman moaning everyone comes at once, be happy that you have a job with customers! Absolute joke! Not helpful in the slightest when doctors are so busy and you can apparently get help from pharmacists but clearly doesn't want to help anyone so not sure why she's there. Since then after waiting 2 days to get an appointment with a doctor I was told to get the spray that I was wanting from boots pharmacy in the first place and I've now had to have antibiotics as well, if I had the spray before I might have got away with not having the antibiotics but because it was left to get worse I then needed both. Completely useless.
