I ordered a wreath for a close relatives funeral but because we were setting off early on the day i arranged to collect the wreath the day before at 4pm. I was busy that day and at 4.40 i remembered the wreath. I also remembered the shop closed at 4.30 I burst into tears. I was beside myself. Looking at my phone i had 3 missed calls and a missed text due to having phone on silent !! I quickly phoned the shop and Helen answered.She very kindly offered to deliver the wreath to my home for me.So kind. The wreath was amazing and well worth the money. Because we are Italian i wanted the wreath to incorporate the colours of the italian flag, red, white and green Helen had done a brilliant job and made the wreath just how i wanted it. Thanks so much. Would use the shop again for sure and would recommend to friends and family and everyone reading this. Value for money, considerate and goes the extra mile for sure
