   I placed an order with boots Solihull for fragrances it was over £150's worth, however I didn't collect and was expecting a refund they told me my parcel had been collected but It wasn't me, nothing was done was constantly being pushed back and fourth! Why doesn't ask for id when collecting a parcel or maybe an inside job?? I filled forms out proving it hadn't been me but nothing was done! Awlful service!! I would give it a zero if I could! Never ordering from there again, would recommend staying away from this boots!!!

   Although Boots is a respected company and has an extensive range of products there is a downside. All of the checkouts are customer operated. People using the Boots App and others using vouchers frequently encounter problems and have to call a member of staff for assistance. When visiting today my wife experienced difficulties at the checkout and noticed that so did all of the other customers. Obviously this created delays. Parking is plentiful as this Boots is situated on the Maybird Retail Park

   Went in yesterday to find a specific nail varnish for my Mom for christmas. After being unable to locate it, was stopped by staff upon exiting because it had been reported that my behaviour was suspicious! Bag searched, asked if there was anything in my pockets and then told I could leave but that they have to act upon what's reported to them. How is strolling round a store acting suspiciously? And why is it that the staff member who reported me gets to remain anonymous when I'm treated like a common criminal??? Won't be going back - ever!

   I occasionally pop in here for toiletries and also collect my online orders from here and generally have a pleasant experience. Collection here on the first floor is straightforward. A few times I've used the pharmacy counter and received advice and suitable products.

The shop assistant Tanya at Lancôme counter was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Her excellent communication skills and patience made the experience truly enjoyable. Thank you Tanya for providing such a high level of customer service!
