I had a wonderful pamper package with Emma at Balm, consisting of a half hour massage and hour facial. Everything was extremely relaxing and the Neal's Yard Wild Rose products used for the facial smelt amazing. I left feeling on cloud 9, would definitely recommend!
Emma West therapies - AMAZING!! I only ever used to get a massage if I was on a spa weekend (very rarely) or bought one as a gift. Emma West has changed this! My massage with her was so personal, relaxing and tranquil I felt the effects long after and now have regular massages with her. Thank you Emma for keeping me relaxed while I balance motherhood and a career.

Good service and good quality natural products for skin and hair
I just had a pregnancy massage here and it was incredible! I’ve had one before elsewhere but this was another level! I didn’t realise how tense I’d been until now I can feel all my muscles have been loosened. Couldn’t quite tell you which body part we finished on as I was so relaxed I fell asleep. Already booked in for my next one with Nikki the miracle worker. The lady in the shop after was also really friendly and helpful with advice. A great experience, which was recommended to me by another pregnant friend! Thank you.
Lovely place with lovely Neal's yards products. It smells beautiful when you walk in and they have lovely and interesting teas on sale as well as viridian products too. I also had a massage in the treatment rooms in the back which was very tranquil.
Lovely little shop, helpful staff and great products that are worth their money. Tried probably a dozen of products for my very sensitive and eczema riddled skin, since I started using the NYR products my skin seemed to slowly calm down. Really rate their facial products as well as aroma therapy products.
