   This store’s staff seriously lack professionalism and basic respect for customers. My mum was publicly called out for testing an already-open eyeliner — something that could have been addressed quietly and politely. Instead, the employee chose to announce it loudly to others, making the situation unnecessarily embarrassing. There was absolutely no need for such a condescending and belittling approach. Enforcing store policy does not justify humiliating customers. Staff should be properly trained on how to communicate with respect and discretion. A disappointing and unpleasant experience that reflects poorly on the store’s standards.

   Superdrug is lucky they even got 1 star. There was a queue at lunchtime and finally when I got to the front no apology from the staff member. They only opened a second till. I said to her you should have opened another till. She said nothing and was really annoyed with her blank face attitude. Why does she even work there if she hates it so much? No apology when I left even and I said you know an apology would have done nicely. Awful and pathetic service from here.

   I usually go for name brands for styling products, but I figured I would give Superdrugs styling powder a go, as it was a 'whopping' 50p cheaper! There wasn't a problem with the product itself, but when I opened the lid I expected it to be at least 3/4 full like all the other brands. It wasn't even half full, it was a quarter at best. I mean,.....I understand we are getting less for our money with everything these days. But honestly.......a quarter of a thimble of styling powder you put on your hair for £4.99, it's a joke.

   store manager kept looking at me and following me down every isle i went through, made me feel very uncomfortable and clearly needs her job taken over by someone else as this isn’t the first time it’s happened i can see, absolutely disgusting

   We went in to have a look around (which is what u do in a shop) this old White haired lady kept following us and having a go at us because apparently I was stealing when I wasn’t I was just looking around. She then proceeded to follow me out the shop and shouting. Personally I think this is awful behaviour as a customer, if u wanted people to buy from a shop u work at you need to treat them with respect and not accuse them or shout at them.

   Very disappointed on my last visit to Superdrug Leamington to witness the lady branch manager talking down to her staff in front of her customers. The poor girl behind the till was clearly was very hurt and embarrassed. The poor young lady ( Ellie) assistant looked like she was about to cry! I was appalled to see such inappropriate actions of her boss, and for all the customers in the queue to hear. I feel Superdrug maybe need to do some retraining on how their management speak to members of staff. And not in front of their customers either. I wouldn’t normally write a review as a man, but I felt I couldn’t just say nothing.

   The 5 stars are for the lady who works behind the counter not her team leader who had a go at her in front of me and 2 other customers. She was very rude and unprofessional . Very nice polite helpful lady behind the counter who I noticed also works in tesco . She shouted at her I'm with a customer which was me but we had finished so I don't know why she snapped at her. Especially in front of customers.

   I wanted a certain product and asked if they still stocked that brand. A very nice assistant asked somebody in the stock room they had one left and brought it down for me. Really good service I think. I have only given 4 stars because they don't seem to have their usual full stock at the moment. Not surprising really.
