   Boots should be renamed 'Can't' since every reply started with 'no, can't do that' We wanted to take advantage of their 3 for 2 offer, but they only had 2 of the items in stock. Can we pay for the 3 items, take the 2 they had in stock and collect the missing one when stocks come in? No, can't do that in case we don't get them in. Can you order the extra one for us? No, can't do that. Will the Boots nearby have them? Possibly. Could you check on your system for us please? No, can't do that as their stocks may be incorrect. Would you be able to phone them to check? No, can't do that, they don't answer the phone for ages. Can you belive it? I worked in retail a number of years ago and nothing was too much trouble for my customers. We did go to the other Boots and got our 3 items, but when we came to pay with my accumulated Boots Advantage Points, the value of the points was 40p short of the total. Can we pay the extra 40p in cash? Guess the answer. .... no, you can't do that, the purchase needs to be all cash/card or all using points, not mixed. Boots.......the shop that likes to say no. Seriously, Boots are going down the pan. Ps. Edit after Boots' reply...... Notice how every reply is exactly the same. A cut & paste generic response. No real effort.

   Very rude and inexperienced young girl on the pharmacy Did not know what they had in stock then told me I would not be served after waiting at the pharmacy for my goods and sent me to self serve checkout. Unfortunately lacking good customer service skills as clearly could not be bothered to help I think boots need to look at who you are employing if you want to keep your customers from shopping elsewhere

   If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had my wedding reception photos on 5 disposable cameras. My cousins took them into boots and was going to develop them as a wedding present to me. Took them in around July 20th to be developed. 3 MONTHS LATER... You've now told them "you've lost them". I am genuinely so gutted and disappointed. I feel like you have taken away these precious moments and memories from me and my husband to keep. Will never go to boots again for anything. Not even an apology. Disgusting.

   The store is as one would expect, clean , tidy and well lit. However, it is not an exciting place to shop but if one bears in mind the nature of Boots outlets there should be no reason to be disappointed. Located on a retail park means that there are plenty of parking spaces and many other shops to visit
