   Went to pharmacy at lunchtime. Stood therefore for 10 minutes waiting to be served. Then very rude pharmacist woman said we are closed for lunch till 1.30. This was just after 12. No wonder superdrug is closing stores. No sign up saying closed for lunch or opening hours. Prices in store were higher than Boots. Staff are very rude in here from past experience.

   Went and filled a basket, realised my phone was with the Apple Store so I asked them to save my items behind tills which they agreed. Returned and items were put back lady with headscarf on tills and older white lady with glasses told me to re pick items again within 3 minutes due to store approaching closing time. Poor customer service staff were rude in tone and no apology

   Me and My Girlfriend recently bought a bottle of Aloe Vera after sun for our holiday as well as a bottle of factor 8 tanning oil and after her shower she seen the stickers were coming off so she removed the stickers for it to show a different label on the actual bottle that showed the After Sun to actually be hand sanitizer and the factor 8 bottle it actually be factor 6. If the labels hadn’t of peeled off she would have put hand sanitizer over her body thinking it was after sun and she could have been allergic to god knows what is in hand sanitizer but wasn’t shown as it was covered by the after sun sticker.

   This morning I visited the store, to ask if I can exchange my perfume , as the perfume tester I was showed was a beautiful bottle and the perfume I got was a glass simple bottle. I went to asked them. The manager named Naz, an Asian lady with a scarf she was very arrogant and rude , she refused to help me and started to shout at me. She was so loud and everything around started to stare at me. It was so awkward situation for me as I always visit this store, after What happened me I will be avoiding this store when that Rude manager is there.

   Visited superdrug today and filled a full basket of products worth £75, upon reaching the till the staff member serving advised I could not receive a blue light card (nhs) discount unless I presented by official NHS photo ID before she would apply discount. I was surprised that on a weekend when out shopping that superdrug expect nhs staff to carry their photo ID around with them as people would only do that when going to and from work. The vast majority of retailers apply the discount when presented with blue light and the more stringent occasionally ask for ID such as driving licence to match names which avoids sharing of blue light cards. I offered to present my driving licence but she refused to accept that. So superdrug policy was either not followed this time OR the policy is very unfair to busy nhs staff who would carry formal ID in their leisure time. Very disappointed indeed at this policy so will shop elsewhere in future unless this changes.

   I went into store today to drop off some blister packs for recycling. I was hoping to just drop off the bag of blister packs I'd saved up but when I got into store I was unable to do this. They had a little collection box. I had to empty out the whole of the bag into a little slot in the box. I was determined to dispose of these blister packs and had to post each one through the slot. It would have being a lot easier if I could of handed the bag over to a member of staff. Since the pharmacy section of the shop was closed the staff didn't really want to take the bag. The staff were fine, not rude or anything, just doing their job but would of just liked to dropped the bag off and gone.
