   Had my eyebrows and lashes done by Emma and I’m absolutely in love, she is so professional, lovely and welcoming every time, I recommend especially for you to everyone!!! I also wanted lemon bottle doing in my chin she rang the other beautician Joanne she was there within 10 minutes to do it for me!! She was so gentle didn’t hurt at all!

   Had a spray tan, nails,eyelashes and eyebrows waxed and tinted, throughout was a lovely experience. Everyone is very welcoming and they make you feel comfortable. Everywhere I look is spotless Emma is a very bubbly person. Always got told what she will be doing next and the difference of walking into the salon and out is incredible. Feel so much better after being in hospital. Thankyou so much for making me feel like me again.the work they do is brilliant so professional. 100% recommend!!!! Definitely will be back:)

   Possibly the most unprofessional company I've ever come across. Only tried them as they were open till 5:30 so I could collect on my way home from work. Took nearly four hours before someone answered the phone to take my order. The lady repeated back to me what I had asked for and when i would collect. No problem. On collection the girl in the shop had no idea who I was or where my flowers were. A quick phone call and the owner I presume said I'll be back in 2 mins no worries. 5 minutes later another call and now she wasn't retuning as she was at the doctors now. She then tried to fob me off saying she had misunderstood what I wanted and the flowers in the shop window that were nothing like what I ordered were for me. So basically she forgot to make up mine and tried to pass off what was in the window as mine. Shambles. Only giving one star as can't give zero. Which is still too much.
