   Over the last couple of years I have tried a number of different groomers in the Epping and Loughton area. I am now happily settled with Vicky as she gives by far and away the best cut. When I collect my dog her coat is clean, smooth, cut neatly and in the style as asked for. She also smells lovely. Not only is my dog well groomed but I can see the work area, unlike the other groomers I have used, and any dog that is being groomed looks calm and settled.

   My 12 year old toy poodle was groomed by Vicki today. I could not have asked for a lovelier, more caring place to drop her off. While I was there I also observed the other doggies that were being groomed or that were waiting to be picked up, and they all seemed chilled and relaxed. Highly recommended!

   Excellent groom for my extremely curly & matted cavapoo! He has been groomed before but was so badly chopped I didn’t want to take him anywhere again. But Vicky & Lauren were so wonderful with my boy and he looked so professional, I could enter him in a show!! Already booked his next visit!! Also the parlour itself is so nice and modern & lovely atmosphere for the doggies

   Absolutely appalling. If it was possible to rate zero star I would. I arrived with my 2 dogs and hadn’t even left my car when I was told that they could not do my dogs due to an issue with the ‘blower’ I asked why they couldn’t have called to let me know (I live a 20 min drive away) the person promptly started to shout in my face telling me repeatedly that she was stressed. Without doubt the most unprofessional place I have ever been. Disgusting customer service. I am just glad I did not leave my dogs there. Since seeing the owners response I feel the need to let it be known that I closed my window as she was shouting in my face about how stressed she was.

   We are so pleased we found Vicky, she takes her time to make every dog feel settled and comfortable and no appointment is ever rushed. She cares so much for them and it shows in how happy our pup is to be there. 100% recommend her.
