Sent a parcel there and then apparently it, “couldn’t be scanned because there was no barcode” even though you could clearly see it in the delivery image. Do not send your parcels here ever!
It's confusingly also called Raja Stores, but that is in small font at the bottom left corner. Had no issues with sending parcels from here though, unlike some of the other reviews. Best accessed from the parking spaces on Malham Close, if driving, rather than from Oronsay Rd.
Don’t have your parcels delivered here, he will pretend they haven’t been delivered, he can’t be bothered to look for them
Absolutely rubbish service. Not sure is it lack of training or ability, but many issues with dropping/ collecting parcels. Staff very slowly, rude and not helpful at all. Definitely place to avoid.
Awful experience doesn’t even deserve 1star! Went to collect my DHL parcel I’d had diverted here. I had my texts, shipment number, pickup code from DHL and my ID yet the guy wouldn’t give me my parcel! He said I need a barcode even though DHL hadn’t sent me one and I confirmed all the details he needed. He served others whilst I was waiting to be helped resolve my issue and was rude! I had to leave without my parcel that contains perishable goods as I need to go back and see the manager! They shouldn’t be a DHL collection shop if they won’t serve the customer. I’m totally disgusted with their service and behaviour.
