    Shocking and dangerous, my mother went in to get her tablets which the doctors said she needed to start the same day. Only to be told no we can't, there are too many people coming here and we will run out of stock, go to your usual pharmacy. My mother explained the urgency and she needed to start taking them that day, only to be told well you need to go to your pharmacy. So ask yourself when did pharmacies become members only and have the right to turn customers away when they have the medication in stock. This puts people's lives at risk.

    I have to agree with Mr Roberts Comments earlier today, I've had exactly the same experience this afternoon, its one mistake after another and if it's always the fault of the GPs, explain it we might understand don't just arrogantly tell people you're too busy & it's nothing to do with you I would hope overly prescribing controlled medication should be more of a concern to everyone, Plus we are all busy but mistakes in health care can be very dangerous

    Absolutely shocking sheppards pharmacy always messing up prescriptions for me and my wife the main pharmacist very rude and unprofessional she seems to not have clue what she is doing always blaming it on doctors surgery when u ask her a question she looks at you like u are stupid when all the doctors prescribe it all and that's all she has to do is put it in a bag hopefully she gets the sack and replace with someone else
