My dog went to this grooming parlour for the first time, special offer only 15 pound, he wasnt cut properly it was all chopped, he must of been so stressed when he was in there, he then suffered a stroke on the way home and died. When asked if she did anything to the dog, she said no and she has video of him walking out fine,
I've been taking my baby to see Donna for a little while and I honestly would not let anyone else touch her now. She is always cut exactly how I like her to be and smells amazing. Donna is wonderful with her and I wouldn't trust anyone as much as I trust her to leave my little girl with.x
I have taken my cat today to be given a full clean however the lady who was supposed to clean my cat did not do anything. She told me to come and collect my cat after 1 hour where as the normal place I usually take my cats to takes at least 3 hours. I was very surprised that she was able to bath, groom and dry my cat within the time frame. Upon collecting my cat I noticed that she was just simply wiped with a wet wipe and nothing else. She’s scamming people out of their money and not providing any service. Avoid at all costs. Save your money and go to someone more reputable. If I had the option I would not even give 1 star.
