    I visited this store hoping to sell some old electronics, but had an awful experience. Sarah, who served me at the counter, was extremely rude and dismissive from the start. She barely listened to what I had to say, kept interrupting, and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She rolled her eyes when I asked a question about how the prices were calculated, and spoke to me in a really condescending way. Even when I tried to clarify some details about my items, she shrugged and just said, ‘Those are the rules - take it or leave it.’ I left feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Customer service here is seriously lacking, and the attitude I got from Sarah just made everything worse. Would not recommend based on how I was treated.

    Absolutely pointless shop states need quick cash etc went into shop to give my special edition Xbox one worth £100 second hand only for them to offer me £20 on buy back and to sell to them when they have a standard Xbox one on display for £60 total joke

    It states 17.30 closing time on Saturday yet they locked the door as I was about to open it at 17.20.

    Wouldn't recommend anyone buy or sell anything to Cash Generator, absolutely terrible business. They buy your products for as little as possible, my advice sell privately yourself. The staff ain't trained correctly to test products they buy, and often buy damaged items that other retailers have refused. Their warranty is next to useless too, as they will do everything they can to worm their way out of refunding the customer anything.

    Utterly terrible customer service and for a 2nd hand shop? It is truly overpriced. Csn almost purchase the goods as cheap new. The rates they give for your 2nd goods is a travesty. Would be one step but can't fault the layout.
