The collection and return of dogs service is a boon to people like me who are elderly or housebound. Michelle's empathy with dogs is remarkable. My dog loves the attentions that Michelle gives him and always returns clean, well groomed and content.
Took our cockapoo to be groomed today and she looks lovely, the woman is great, will definitely be taking her back x
We went to The Fluffy Dog for the first time and the ladies were amazing. My dog is nervous but they put her at ease and she has come out looking great, they were able to do exactly what I asked for. We will definitely be coming back! Photos are before and after. Xx
On Tuesday, the 8th of April, I took my two cockapoo’s to have a full groom. When I went to collect my dogs the owner said to me be careful as one of my dogs had a rash on her neck, which she said was caused by irritation of her collar, On inspection when I got home, I could see she had CLEARLY, cut my dogs neck with her clippers! I have confronted the owner, she assured me my dog did not leave her groomers looking like that… implying I have CUT MY OWN DOGS NECK…. I am absolutely fuming… I want to warn others please please DO NOT USE THIS GROOMERS I HAVE UPLOADED SOME PICTURES FOR YOU ALL TO SEE
The last groomers I took coco to cut his neck and feet. I was so pleased that I took him to fluffy dog and I told them he might be a bit nervous because of his past experience. They took their time with him to reassure him and said he was as good as gold. Thank you so much for making it an enjoyable experience for him and he came out looking so handsome. A well deserved 5 star review.

Fluffy Dog Grooming is the best salon! The service and atmosphere that liz and the team create is so welcoming and Peanut loves his time there! Highly recommend this fab salon!!
1st time I have taken my fur baby to this groomer I was very satisfied. My Maizie seemed to have enjoyed her experience she was happy & relaxed when I picked her up. The groomers were very friendly I was very satisfied & my baby looked beautiful. Am fully intending to rebook when she's due for another groom.
