I wanted to give 5stars but couldn't the only friendliness in this store was the security guard meet and greet.why the hell did they close Bedworth store the staff was so friendly and helpful unlike this store sorry Nuneaton won't be shopping here again.....
Very friendly. When I got to the till the member of staff checked on my boots app if I had the right offers download which I had not and she put them on for me if it was not for her checking I would have missed out in £20 as I did my Christmas shopping and got a lot of the 3 for 2 Christmas stuff.
What a fabulous store this is. Great stuff, branded products as well as the Boots own products which are equally good.

Pharmacy is very good and they have many problems although not the specific one I wanted. From what I did see the prices are very high although very helpful and kind staff
I love this Boots. Great selection and helpful staff. I was particularly grateful a few weeks ago when I had an eye infection and the pharmacist, Omair, was really helpful and prescribed me the right ointment to use.
