   I was treated with such care and compassion by this wonderful florist. I spoke mainly with Sian, who understood straight away over the phone exactly what our family wanted for our mother’s funeral flowers. It was a very emotional call, but Sian guided me with kindness and sensitivity throughout. We asked for our mum’s favourite colours to be included in a full-length casket spray in shades of lilac, purple, and white. The arrangement was absolutely stunning—beautifully crafted and truly the talk of the day. It meant so much to us and perfectly honoured her memory. Thank you for your professionalism, empathy, and artistry.

   Received these for Valentines Day (Friday) They cost him £46. Have had better from Morrisons. 6 roses and a bunch of leaves & berries. Today (Monday) one rose has wilted despite using the flower food provided. May as well have put the cash straight in the bin.

   Spent a fortune with this company for many years. And once again been let down by the poor customer service. My partner picked up flowers for myself today for Mother’s Day! Wasn’t told a time to collect, he collected them before mid day and was left a rude voicemail to say they she wanted to leave for the day and that she was expecting him! Disgusting service. Will never ever buy from this company again! Maybe it’s worth investing time in teaching staff / owners how to deal with customers before opening a shop. Or actually employee people with customer service skills! A basis skill people should have! Rude women!

   Disappointed very poor in service less than a mile from my girlfriends home said in morning could you deliver didn't dieliver till late after noon .The shops less than mile from my house won't be using again paid £86 flowers £6 delivery rang 3 times in morning said you will miss here if not b4 12 clock thay couldn't of care less

   Had a card this morning to say flowers had been delivered writing indecipherable. Contacted Florest unhelpful flowers hadn't even been delivered to a neighbour. Needless to say I've never seen the flowers nor know who their from. When I suggested refunding whoever ordered them the manager refused. Simply do not offer from them
