   Completely honest and long review- have been a few times over the past year for tattoos and also for my daughter’s ear piercing. Came in the start of the year on a Friday (import) for a tattoo, started off great, was welcomed by a lovely girl I assume is the receptionist, filled in my forms etc. first thing I notice is a man sitting on their tablet (or something of that type) sloughed in a chair, didn’t pay much mind as it may have been a client or someone waiting for a client. Went round and started to get tattooed, a few comments took me off guard as the were about previous clients, I let it go over my head. I came in again and the same comments were being thrown around. I come to find out that that man I mentioned earlier was the piercer and he also spoke negatively about clients, bare in mind I wasn’t the only one being tattooed, these comments were about clients previous tattoos saying how bad they were and also speaking about their personality, looks, clothes, etc. my husband then took our daughter (10) to get her ears pierced and he said that he wasn’t completely happy with the service, he said there was no receptionist so he was waiting a good 5 mins before being welcomed, when he was holding our daughters hand while she was pierced he noticed the piercers hands shaking quite abit and he had quite a bad attitude, so he said he will not be returning, this was the nail on the coffin for me to also find somewhere else, which is unfortunate as the artists do incredible work.

   Had 3 tattoos done by Jana this morning and couldn’t recommend her enough. Communication from start to finish was amazing, designs were really good work and even when I was getting them done Jana was very gentle and attentive. All staff were friendly and the studio was very clean and put together. All turned out great, thank you Jana :)

   I've had nothing but EXCELLENT art work from lutterworth ink.. went in for a full back piece with amey (still in progress) and left with plans for a "waistcoat" piece and a whole leg cover planned for next year.. Under new management with brilliant staff, customer service, very clean studio, and the art work from both artists is outstanding! Can't recommend highly enough.

   Had my vertical labret pierced and it was wonky the first time, so I had to have it pierced again, they did that, it's straight now but it's not central on my lip now that the swelling has gone down. Only bonus is I got a free lip bar because they made the first mistake.
