   Truly one of the finest florists one could hope to encounter. Refreshingly original approach that distinguishes them from the mainstream. Their flower choices and bouquets are always tasteful, and beautifully arranged. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate specific preferences is second to none. The selection of pots, plants, and decorative items is worth the journey alone. Fab team too! They have even gone so far as to lend vases for special occasions. You really couldn't ask for more!

   Brian could not have been more helpful. Explained what I was after for my kitchen and I was blown away by his creation. Absolutely love it and the orchids are still looking as good today as when I collected it nearly 2 months ago. Thank you

   Although the flowers are lovely, the blonde lady behind the till was very rude to us. We purchased a vase and a bouquet and when paying with American Express (we weren’t informed they didn’t accept this), she tried to refund us and make us pay a different way. When the refund didn’t work she scowled at us and said ‘well, the damage is done now’ in a really rude tone. When you are spending £20 on flowers and supporting local shops, that’s not how you like to be treated. I appreciate they didn’t want to take Amex, but it should’ve said somewhere, or we should’ve been told. Usually it is not accepted if the shop doesn’t accept it. I’ve lived in Cowbridge for 24 years and have never had such bad service.

   My whole experience with the Bay Tree Florist was absolutely wonderful. I ordered flowers to go on my husbands coffin. Bryan was very helpful and sympathetic through the whole experience, giving me advice on the flowers. They were delivered to the house on a Sunday morning, which I very much appreciated. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, I could not have been happier about them. I would not hesitate to use the Bay Tree Florist in the future.

   Very rude service! The owner gave me a slant eye and said that we do not sell clothes and shoes when I walked into the shop and said I was just browsing. Dont bother wasting your money there!

   I thought it was just me that both male and female owners or shop keepers were so rude and look you up and down in disgust that you are in there . I can see others have had the same issue. I thought maybe they were racist. But clearly they are maybe that but also just RUDE! I think it’s such a beautiful little store and love shopping local but their attitude is so terrible and they are selective who they talk to and help. Terrible! If they are the owners wow they need to get someone else to work There. Every other store on the high street have the most loveliest owners and super friendly and helpful! Just this florist is run by a bunch of rude racists!

   I decided to go to Cowbridge yesterday for a walk around Physic Garden, and was hoping to have a look around a few shops, to support the High Street. I went into The Bay Tree as there was no-one else in there and I am still cautious about going out. I was hoping to treat myself to a nice orchid. I mentioned this to the shop assistant, but she just looked at me, which I felt was quite rude, so I walked out. I have been going there for years, but will think twice before going back. Happily, I made purchases in two other shops and had lovely chats there. That's the way to do business.
