I collected a flower arrangement for a friends grave. Lovely flowers and an excellent service from all at Townsend.
Ordered roses for my wife our 59 the wedding anniversary she was really pleased with the flowers and service.
Should have read the reviews before purchasing. If you're looking for a full bouquet and value for money dont buy from here.The only good point was that the lady was friendly but value for money is a definite no.For the price of the bouquet I could have bought 4/5 bunches from a supermarket and it would have been full.The actual arrangement wasn't that professional either.Bridgend is running out of good florists !
I often call them last minute for some flowers for visits to relatives and allow the staff to choose flowers at a set budget. Upon collection these are always ready and highly presentable with a very nice selection of flowers that last. The staff are always polite and courteous. Highly recommended.
Huge thank you to Townsend florist Bridgend. They were so helpful and understanding. They listened to what we wanted. The floral arrangements were amazing just what we wanted. They made a difficult time a little less stressful. Would highly recommend.
The team at Townsend Florist are amazing - very helpful, considerate, friendly and a great artistic flair for flower arranging. We entrusted Townsend with floral tributes for our mother’s funeral - and we were not disappointed. They were absolutely stunning and met exactly our vision we wanted for our mother. We cannot recommend Townsend highly enough and we thank all staff for their outstanding service. Our Mother would have been so delighted!!
Unfortunately my dad passed away on Easter Monday of this year. But fortunately my wife and youngest sister went down to Bridgend town . After going to several florists. They walked into Townsend florist spoke to the lady with black hair told her what we would like which was a VW camper badge. She new exactly what we wanted . They came with my father in the Hurst with the Liverpool shield. That the other lady had done for my eldest sister . As a family we believed that our dad would have approved 100% thanks lady's
Really disappointed with the company. I ordered a bouquet that came to a total of £46. The bouquet was for my Mothers 60th birthday and were meant to be something special as we cannot celebrate properly under the current circumstances. When I was shown what had arrived, I was shocked! Tesco/Asda/Lidl all do bouquets of more impressive flowers for £15 or less! It looked like a budget petrol station bouquet. Nothing like the pictures that they use as examples on their website. The ONE rose in the bouquet was tiny, some of the flowers broken. Not impressed at all. What was meant to be a lovely surprise on my mums birthday was an underwhelming mess. No email address visible to send a formal complaint to either.
