   Had a fantastic day at the Samera Bootcamp course and met the wonderful team. The course content was excellent, relevant and contemporary to the modern and changing world of dentistry. The team was friendly and welcoming and were keen to answer questions. There were no hard sales for their services, but simply advised that their services are available to help any budding entrepreneur take the plunge into practice ownership. I would highly recommend this course for anyone thinking about acquiring a practice or starting a squat.

   Nigel Crossman's enthusiasm, communication, availability to take calls and emails to work around us, his commitment to our project and the speed at which he has produced results, has been absolutely faultless. We approached Nigel completely unaware of whether finance was available to us or how we would financially feed a large project from scratch. He held our hand guiding us through the process, giving us clear options and bank loan offers at what felt like record speed. Any little things that cropped up unrelated to the service he provided he will take it upon himself to assist with which these days, is a rarity. When we started out with the project, the biggest worry that I personally had, by far, was how difficult, how long we would be waiting, and how full of hiccups the finance process would be. I say this with sincerity, that thanks to Nigel Crossman, it has been, by far, the single most straight forward part of the journey. His work ethic is a breath of fresh air, and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

   I've been using Samera for a number of years for accounting. This review is for their accounting services. Unfortunately after David Hossein left, their service has gone downhill. My accountants keep changing and it can get confusing who is dealing with what. I've spotted some mistakes in my tax return which had to be corrected. Just recently they have almost doubled the fees for the same service and they are now one of the more expensive accountants for dental associates(I've asked many dental colleagues and compared the fees). I didn't find the 'Setting up in Practice Bootcamp' all that useful (I did the bootcamp in 2021) and my feedback was negative, however they didn't follow up on my feedback. It seems that they have ignored and haven't published my honest feedback. The positive is that they respond quickly and can get the accounting done quickly. I haven't used their other business services so cannot comment on that.
