“I had a very bad fall on marble tiles within 30 minutes of arriving at our holiday hotel. Was hospitalised as I'd broken my femur and needed surgery. Healix International were absolutely amazing and dealt with everything on our behalf. Every contact was dealt with compassionately with very understanding staff. From being admitted to hospital, my operation and discharge back to the hotel until I was fit to fly. Then the repatriation with a medical assistance team everything was amazing and took the pressure from us from already dealing with very difficult circumstances.
