   I was in desperate need of a florist local to Ibstock as I needed flowers delivering urgently ...on Saturday. I phoned Forget Me Knot Florists on the off-chance and struck gold! Chris talked me through the various options and provided me with a range of suggestions. He committed to design a beautiful arrangement for me and get it delivered on the day. This he did. In fact he phoned me to confirm delivery and assured me that if anything did not come up to expectations, he would address any issues promptly. This offer was not required but it does reflect Chris' commitment to delivering a first class service to all his clients - including his new ones. Excellent! I recommend Forget Me Knot Florists wholeheartedly!

   This is the second bouquet of flowers that Chris had prepared and delivered and both of them were breathtaking. What is particularly impressive is not just the flowers, but the “after care” that comes with them that maximises the life of the stems.    Chris created a beautiful floral basket with Autumn colours at relatively short notice from me. The result was breathtaking. My wife was thrilled to receive this floral tribute delivered on her special day, right on the time I specified. Ten days later the arrangement still looks in exactly the same pristine condition that it was delivered in and is still giving immense pleasure to both of us. Such attention to detail to produce exactly what I wanted is something that you can only get from a bespoke florist and Chris is the finest. Can’t thank you enough Chris.
