I went today for the first time! To Box Trees Flowers with my husband who bought some flowers from them before. Lovely bouquets but you can create something personal with help of Stephen, he was absolutely amazing and very helpful. I have choose different flowers which were beautiful for me but all of us got different taste so..... You can't find something special for yourself and if they won't have it, can be ordered which makes them even more special. I should have written this review earlier to thank Steve and Dean for the wonderful job that they do. A couple of months ago we were invited to a friend's celebration near London. I explained to Steve what I thought I wanted and he created the most wonderful bouquet for me - scented, colourful and full of flowers. As it was during the heatwave he even provided me with a bucket and suggested that I keep them cool in water on the drive up. When we got to the party there must have been at least another dozen bouquets there. All beautiful, but the Box Trees one stood head and shoulders above the rest. People were seeking me out to find out where they were from and the hostess was receiving compliments for them all evening. It's such a shame that the event wasn't nearer as I can guarantee other guests would have been converts! On other occasions the guys always deliver, they are reasonably priced and always to budget, and its the finishing touches such as raffia bows and generous wrapping that really make the difference. The flowers are always fresh, last for ages and they often have unusual varieties that you wouldn't find elsewhere. Thank you Steve and Dean for being 'bloomin' wonderful' - see you soon!
I had such a wonderful experience at Box Tree Flower Shop in Solihull. The owner is absolutely amazing and couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. He really looked after me when I came in to choose a bouquet for my wife’s birthday, and even suggested a little flower for my daughter so she felt included too — such a thoughtful touch! The atmosphere in the shop is warm and inviting, and you can tell how much care goes into everything they do. The bouquet was beautifully put together and my wife was over the moon with it. Truly great service from start to finish A fantastic local business — highly recommended. I WILL definitely come back and thank you again for your professional and lovely service.
I can’t rate this flower business enough! The flowers that they delivered to my daughter were the most beautiful and largest bouquet that she had ever received. Communication between myself and the company,whilst taking the order and updating me of its progress were exceptional.
I use Box Trees for all of my flowers whether just as a treat for me or for special occasions and gifts. Their bouquets are always special and unusual and last very well. They even provided a spectacular bouquet of red roses for my dads funeral which could be shared with all the mourners, a lovely idea. Would highly recommend.

They always go out of their way to give you a beautiful bouquet, no matter the occasion. Perhaps not the cheapest flowers, though you definitely get what you pay for with quality, care and love they put into their work. Our daughter loves going to see their dog and they tend to give her a flower to make her feel a million dollars. Super service, recommend.
What a lovely surprise I had of all my colleagues at work after my operation. But can honestly say these are one of the loveliest bouquets I have ever had. Dean recently helped us with the flowers for my father's funeral. He was extremely helpful throughout and had read the brief before we met. The results speak for themselves and perfectly reflected what we were aiming for (photo taken two days after the service). We received many compliments on the day and many of his friends spotted the personal touches included. I cannot thank Dean and the team enough for their help at what was a tough time for the family.
