   We come in here all the time! Claire’s club offers and In store offers are brilliant. Store is always tidy and staff always willing to help. Today my daughter had her ears pieced, lady serving (I have a feeling Is the manager) was brilliant. Kept her calm, reassured her and pierced her very professionally. Thank you so much, always appreciate their help. Beautiful store with lovely staff.

   There's some goof offers and the membership xard offers a good discount. Though, it can't be used on ear piercing and the price of the gold warring we booked online for piercing, were twice the price when we got to the store (no response from customer service about this). The staff are pleasant and well trained.

   went into claire’s yesterday and there was a worker having a very loud phone call while vaping behind the till. five minutes later she was sat on the floor cutting her nails. unprofessional and off putting, especially for a children’s shop.

   Took my daughter in the other week to have her ears re pierced, she had them done there 3 years ago but had to have them taken out because the earring came infected. They were quoted me from £75 to £85 bloody disgusting. I took my daughter to Hayleys hands and beauty in Smith street Warwick she done my daughter's ears and it only cost me £30 and that was with after treatment included. The earrings were gold with a stone in, just like the ones from Claire's that just shows the earrings from Claire's aren't proper silver or gold and the price they charge is arendass I wouldn't give them my custom at all. I brought a silver necklace from there a few years ago and it made my neck green
