    Always go to Ash. All piercers there I've spoken to are lush though. But Ash pierced my bestie, myself and now my daughter. We speak as if we've been friends since school. He is so caring and attentive. Goes with each of his clients and is just non-judgey and chill. He's made it so much easier for us all to get pierced because of his demeanor and I'm so chuffed he's my daughter's first piercer. Clean, tidy, and entertaining studio with private rooms. Very informative and they actually care!

    Lucy was brilliant with my daughter. The lady who measured up my daughters lobes was just as brilliant, really put my daughter at ease, I didn’t catch her name but my daughter is still talking about her & her 25 piercings now! Thank you so much ladies. They only had one piercer in today when we walked in, my daughter was desperate to have her ears done & both ladies double checked over & over again if she definitely wanted to do it as it would be one ear at a time. My daughter loves her ear piercings, thank you over & over ladies!

    Absolutely amazing experience at Empress Piercings Barry! From the moment I walked in, the studio had such a clean, calm, and welcoming vibe. Despite being busy, Lucy took the time to change all six of my existing piercings and then proceeded with the four new ones. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. I absolutely love my new piercings! Lucy had great ideas and an excellent eye for helping me choose the most suitable jewellery, her advice made all the difference. No regrets at all. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!

    We brought our 7 year old daughter to have her ears pierced. Ash was brilliant with her, friendly, professional and took her mind off it straight away. Lucy came in as well to do it at the same time and both were fantastic with her. She's over the moon with her earrings and loved the certificate and sweets afterwards.     I had an amazing first-time experience at Empress Piercing! The place itself was stunning and they had such beautiful jewellery. I was initially nervous about getting my nipples pierced but Kate and Shelly were amazing! They were so warm, welcoming and friendly, not once did they make me feel uncomfortable. Shelly was fabulous, made sure I was comfortable, was precise and the final product turned out great - I couldn’t be happier! Definitely would recommend to anyone thinking of getting any piercing done here, knowing me I’ll be coming back very soon :) Thank you guys again!!

    An absolutely perfect experience start to finish, I wouldn't go anywhere else for a piercing. Kate was so professional, welcoming and reassuring and I felt completely comfortable with her. Even when the shop got busy at the front she didn't let it affect her service. The jewellery option is also absolutely incredible, the best I've seen. Can't wait to return for more!

    I had my ear lobes pierced by Seren and for someone who doesn’t like needles it was a really relaxing experience! She was so reassuring, checking in on me and chatting to me about the process. Brilliant after care information was given, I feel confident in how to look after the piercings - I had my first ear lobes piercing 20+ years ago so I needed some updated advice! I’m really glad I chose the premium option, lovely options available but also didn’t feel any pressure to upgrade from the basic option. The salon felt clean and hygienic, a lovely atmosphere there. I would happily recommend going here for a piercing, even though my needle issues may stop me returning if I was going to go anywhere I’d definitely return here!

    Had my forward helix pierced here today. Great prices (way cheaper than home) , Kate was awesome and made sure I was ok throughout. Great aftercare advice given and even stocks proper aftercare products. The shop itself is rather funky and very clean and relaxing. Would defo recommend. Thankyou Kate
