   We booked an appointment having already discussed fertility options with other clinics and we were extremely glad that we chose to put our faith in Create Bristol because we are now 21 weeks pregnant following our very first try! Both the fertility scans/tests and first consultation felt like really honest advice, Dr Spiros and Dr Booth are both incredibly knowledgeable and very good in their field. Thank you to Linda (Our patient coordinator) and all of the nurses and reception team who were so welcoming and friendly, we felt so comfortable and reassured by them at every single visit and scan, despite IVF being such a very nerve-wracking process. Bryony was the nurse that we had our medication appointment with and who also looked after us during our egg collection and we were really glad to have her there, she was really helpful with follow up questions and we really appreciated this. Sonia performed our embryo transfer and did a superb job because weeks later our test was positive, we couldn't thank her enough. Overall we couldn't fault create and feel very grateful for their care.

   Absolutely cannot fault Create Fertility Bristol. We have been looked after amazingly by all staff from nurses to admin team. Everyone is always happy to help and I never had to chase responses. With thanks to all the staff, we are now currently 8 weeks pregnant with our miracle baby. Thank you so so much to everyone at Create, you’ve made this very emotional and upsetting experience as enjoyable as it can be. We have now ‘graduated’ from the clinic, and funnily enough I actually feel quite upset we won’t be seeing any of the staff again. Thank you again for everything and making our dreams come true.

   It has taken me two years to write this review because I had to work through it. From the start to finish, working with this company was a disappointing disaster. Appointments canceled, rude employees, unprofessional behavior, not being explained details, phone calls unanswered, and ultimately, going through the procedure and the doctor coming in to say that everything had failed - and that was with me alone, scared and after sedation and without my partner present. We left there absolutely crushed, disappointed, angry, and at a loss. We almost didn't go through IVF again because of it. But we found a lovely place in Oxford that treated us with respect and it was a completely different, professional experience where I felt cared for and like they had our best interest. I would tell any woman or family to never step foot into this place. They have left us with a scar that will never go away. PS: There was one nurse named Jacquie that was lovely and she deserves a beautiful shout out.

   We had a fertility MOT this week, having already visited another clinic in Bristol. For the first time since our journey began we felt like we were more than just statistics and probabililties. Our consultant was pragmatic, and knowledgeable, we felt he truly cared about us and there was zero push towards 'hard' interventions. He helped us fully interpret our results, and showed us kindness and compassion throughout a comprehensive consultation and scan. We left feeling informed, and positive. Everyone we interacted with before and during our appointment was helpful and communication was excellent. If we decide to proceed with treatment, we will only come to CREATE. They have been exceptional.

   We had treatment with the Bristol clinic & what a wonderful place. The whole medication process was painless & all the staff were wonderful. We were fortunate enough that our first embryo transfer in Jan 2024 resulted in our beautiful baby girl born September 2024. Thank you so much. We’ll be back for siblings!!!

   With thanks to create fertility we were able to have our baby girl. We underwent 3 cycles. Each time all the staff were supportive and kind. They gave the best advice the could give at the time and no matter what it worked. They gave us hope and our family. Would recommend anyone looking at undergoing Ivf to consider create as they are amazing.

   Honestly terrible. Very poor communication, nothing will be explained and you will not be involved in any decision making about what is happening to your own body. I was in a state of constant confusion. Treated like a product on a conveyor belt rather than a real person. Took ages to obtain my own data to go elsewhere and it was sent over with the private personal data of several other patients in a neglectful data breach which reinforced my opinion that this fertility clinic is an absolute shambles. Since switched clinics and it has been a much better experience. My advice is to avoid this clinic. *While the clinics response says I was a patient at another clinic, this is untrue/misleading. I had my scans at a satellite clinic (which is not an IVF clinic and does not offer IVF), I was patient for IVF treatment at this clinic, this clinic were sent the scan/blood info and were ultimately responsible for my IVF treatment, carried out egg retrieval etc. The attempts to shirk responsibility is disappointing but not surprising. The data breach was also definitely this clinic and not another.

   I was so happy with my experience with Create. Unfortunately our first round wasn’t successful- the after care, support and advice we got from the team was amazing. Thankfully with the help and advice from Create our second round was successful. We now have a beautiful little girl and it’s all thanks to Create. Thank you so much xx

   There aren't enough words to justify how grateful we are to Create. With their expertise and support, my three week old daughter is now currently asleep in my husband's arms. They believed in us when another clinic had said we were basically a hopeless case. They gave us a protocol that suited our fertility needs and treated us like individuals that needed a plan to suit us. Our consultant took the time to get to know our case personally, he was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and encouraging. The nurses were so friendly and supportive and my coordinator was always so kind and helpful. We completed a three cycle package designed for low AMH and created three embryos, one of which is our beautiful daughter. I really believe in the protocol and thank them for being forward thinking with it. I always felt listened to and communication was great - the follow up calls to check in after egg collection etc were always appreciated. The embryologist team were supportive and helpful each time we spoke/were in clinic and we appreciate how skilled they are. I cannot express my thanks to everyone at the Bristol clinic enough - you made our family so happy. They treated us so well and kept us going through such a challenging journey. We will always remember the team at Bristol so fondly and look forward to telling our daughter about the wonderful people that helped us find our way to her. I continue to recommend the clinic to everyone I speak to regarding fertility. Thank you again. Siobhan and Owen

   Horrible experience with CREATE. Please look somewhere else - we went to another Bristol clinic and had amazing service and were treated with respect and also had a successful outcome. CREATE were much more interested in marketing and trying to sell us their services than they were in answering any of our questions honestly. Private healthcare at its absolute worst.
