   Both me and my partner are first time buyers and had no idea what to do/expect from this process. Tom put our worries at ease straight away, explaining everything to us clearly and found us the best mortgage deal. Hannah-Rose helped us with the overall application and went above and beyond, particularly when an issue was found in regards to my credit report through no fault of my own. She explained to me what I needed to produce and kept in contact throughout, providing timely updates until eventually our mortgage offer was confirmed. Would highly recommend Lansdown Financial Services to anyone. They have your best interests at heart and we are so so grateful to them for helping us out on our home buying journey.    I had a fantastic experience with my first mortgage with Alannah and Hannah-Rose from Lansdown Financial Services. It was exceptional and I was amazed at how easy the whole thing was. I swopped from a broker who told me it wasn't possible for me to get the mortgage that I wanted and within six days of first speaking to Alannah I had a mortgage offer that I was able to proceed with and met my needs. I chose Lansdown Financial Services by googling and reading all the good reviews which is why I wanted to leave a review myself. I really thought because of my circumstances it would not be possible to find an appropriate mortgage and I had a property I had an offer accepted on, but I was proved wrong. Alannah and Hannah-Rose were amazing at communication and both really kind and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much!

   I highly recommend Lansdown Financial Services. I have recently applied for a mortgage to move house and had the pleasure of dealing with Tom and Charlotte. Tom made everything so easy taking the time to make sure I understood everything he was telling me particularly in an unstable market which was a concern. Tom found me the best deal asking for everything he needed from me upfront to speed the process up. Charlotte who progresses the application has great communication skills and kept me up to date with me never having to ask or chase. Impressively it took 17 calendar days from first call to getting my offer. Great service!

   We have just used Aaron at Lansdown for our Mortgage Application. We had to achieve a quick turn around for the application and he was able to do that for us, whilst also making me comfortable that the relevant market research (to match our needs) was completed. All in all a very efficient and professional service and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company again. Also, Aaron was happy to meet in person and we appreciated this. In a time where more and more in done remotely, I still prefer to have at least 1 face to face meeting.
