This was my first BTL and it was quite stressful getting the property to completion before my mortgage offer expired, the vendors solicitors didn't seem to cooperate and even Wayne stepped in towards the end.    I dealt with both Wayne and Emma after being recommended DMI for my property purchase. This was my first BTL property and there were a number of issues with lenders and awkward requests for information and the whole process took around 6-7m. Both Wayne and Emma worked tirelessly to finally get me the offer I needed to purchase the property, always kept me in the loop and we often had joint calls for them to explain what was going on and walk through what I needed to provide them.
