   I was a tenant through Daniel Cobb for over two years it was always great. Reagan was the property manager and was always helpful and prompt when there was anything that required clarification. She was also very quick to provide a reference to my the agents for the flat I am moving into. I am sad not to have Daniel Cobb as my agency anymore - it was definitely the best I've had experience with so far!

The service has always been very professional and efficient (answering general enquiries, contract renewals, property inspections, etc).    We have been renting through Daniel Cobb as our managing agents for nearly four and a half years. In all that time we have had no complaints; the staff - especially Reagan - have always been attentive, helpful and easy to deal with, repairs have been fixed very quickly (frequently within the day), and any administrative matters at the start and end of the tenancy have been resolved with no hassle. It is a shame we are leaving the care of Daniel Cobb, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

   Daniel Cobb have been looking after my son's flat since he first went to live in Amsterdam some years ago. As he now lives in San Francisco, I have been acting on his behalf for practical reasons. I have been very pleased with all the contact I have had with Daniel Cobb, but particularly with Reagan Cheeseman. She has been so helpful in dealing with the odd problem we have had, but absolutely heroic in dealing with the freeholder, the local council. I have worked in property and had a lot of contact with various letting and estate agencies, including some well-known names, but I am happy to say that Daniel Cobb is certainly among the best.

   I've been a tenant of Daniel Cobb for over 4 years. It's not often you can say as a tenant that you have a great Estate Agent.. but I can. Reagan who manages the property has been responsive and helpful; getting things sorted quickly as needed. I'm sadly moving on now and can only hope that my next experience with a property manager is as positive.
