   Called on a Tuesday and booked a plumber for the following day. When the plumber didn't arrive, I called to find out what happened to which they didn't have an answer so decided to book again for the following day. Again, the plumber never arrived or even called to warn me. When I called the office the rude lady said the'd get back to me and just slammed the phone down. Super unprofessional and rude.
