   Did they arrive on time? No. Did they let me know they were going to be late? No. Did they cover my belongings properly during painting? No. Did they get paint over my sofa and light fittings? Yes. Did they apologise? No. Updated 10/11/25: You did not arrive within the two hour window. That is simply a lie. I rung you when the two hour window had expired. You claim to have covered up the area fully and yet photos sent show paint on two sofas and a lampshade.

   Our experience with Fixcrowd was unprofessional from start to finish. Appointments were repeatedly missed or rescheduled at the last minute due to poor planning. On one occasion, they arrived hours late in the evening, only to say they had taken on other jobs in the building and would return the following day. When the door was finally installed, it was cut inside our flat with no proper protection, leaving sawdust across our kitchen and living room. I called and asked them to work in the hallway instead, which they agreed to but moments later, they resumed sawing inside. Sawdust remained for days despite our cleaning efforts. This created a hazardous environment, especially as I suffer from a breathing related condition. My partner, who was working from home and recovering from surgery at the time, had to clean up the majority of the mess herself. The contractors attempt to tidy up was minimal at best. When I raised my concerns with Mo who handles the bookings for fixcrowd he was defensive and took no responsibility for the disruption or the lack of care shown by his team. The job was left incomplete and ultimately reassigned by our letting agent upon my request.

Areef managed to get a plumber to visit my residence in about 30 minutes for an emergency work, and kept me updated all the way through in regard to the service being done.
