My experience with this company has been positive, I have ordered from them a few times and it has always been the correct item as advertised. Sometimes there can be a delay in postage but I put that down to Royal Mail. There was only one time when an item was missing and after contacting them they posted it out immediately!
I recently bought products from SISI UK Ltd and I’m genuinely impressed. The quality is excellent and exactly as described. Everything was packed really well and arrived quickly. Customer service was brilliant – they were polite, very helpful and answered all my questions straight away. It’s rare to find a company that is this reliable and honest. The products work perfectly and are clearly made to a high standard. I’ve had a great overall experience and will definitely be buying from them again. Bought multiple items a month ago - it hasn’t been received and they’ve been ignoring emails and attempts to contact Update to review - after I’d left the review online, company got in touch and offered as refund and requested an update to the Google review online
Absolute thieves, they send you a cheaper item (in my case 3 screws) not the traps I paid for from their eBay shop and then apologise and ask you to return…. Once you’ve posted the item they lie and say it’s not been delivered to get out of refunding you. Absolute thieves, their address will be visited and I will take my refund by other means. If I lose…. You lose more!
Awful company. Called them and spoke to them BEFORE ordering to ask if an item would be suitable for my purpose. They said it would and sold lots of them for that purpose. Ordered it next day. When it arrived it was completely the wrong item to have ordered plus to add insult to injury jury was one piece missing. Sent it back for a full refund and then had to chase and chase it, only for them to decide to not refund their postage. This company is disingenuous….AVOID
Every time I need a bit of hardware stuff this shop has it or knows where to get it! Piano hinge last time. The epitome of local expertise, long may he last. A bit "open all hours".
Schalped all the way from Bal-ham to get sash window lifts. Immediately gave me exactly what i wanted amongst a good selection. Very cheap The shop has a great amount stock & lots more at the back. Delightful shopkeepers
This is absolutely the best hardware shop in the world. The owners are friendly and incredibly helpful with DIY tips. This sometimes means you don't buy what you went in for since they help you understand you didn't need it and were just doing something wrong. They seem to have almost anything you can imagine in stock. Put it this way, we lived round the corner for 15 years, but now that we live a few miles away, we still go back to Sisi to get stuff since they are so awesome.
I've been in here quite a few times because I am doing a lot of DIY around my flat, and every single time the staff have been extremely helpful. I was impressed because one of the guys there had clearly been thinking about one of the DIY problems I was having in-between visits, and had come up with a solution the next time I went in. Quite a small shop, but they seem to be pretty well stocked. Really appreciate their help.
